Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
What are your booking terms?
We require 50% down to make your reservation. Balance is due before 14 days of arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 100% refund if cancelled within 59 days of arrival
Do you sell trip insurance?
We do not sell trip insurance, but you can purchase it from our insurance partner when you book with us. We do not receive a commission for the service but wanted you to have the benefit of the insurance.
Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.

We stayed here in Early March when the bay was still frozen over. The location was spectacular. There’s literally a 360 view from the backyard where there’s a ton of seating.
The garage was filled with lots of toys, including brand new kayaks. We really enjoyed bringing our dog along and could tell that the owners have put a lot of energy into making this a great place to stay.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the cabin, we did a lot of exploring in nearby state parks, hiking, wineries, breweries. This is a perfect place for a few people and for someone looking for a fantastic view with lots of summer outdoor activities.
